How long does sliding door repair take?
Most repairs are quicker than people expect. Glass is the main exception, and here's why.

Usually one visit
Roller replacement, lock and handle work, screen repair, and track cleaning or reshaping are typically same-visit jobs, often within an hour or two, because we carry the common parts on the truck.
What takes longer
- Large multi-panel or very heavy patio doors.
- Seized, corroded hardware that's slow to remove safely.
- Full track replacement (the panel comes out and the track is fitted).
- Glass replacement — the glass is ordered to size, so there's a lead time.
Why glass is different
Glass is a made-to-order item, so glass replacement has an ordering wait; the fitting itself is quick once it arrives. Broken glass can be secured immediately while the replacement is on order.
We tell you up front
