We recommend repair first

To be clear: most doors that feel finished are repairable, and repair is far cheaper. We only steer you to replacement when the numbers and condition genuinely justify it — see repair vs. replace.

For coastal Northeast Florida, the door and hardware spec matters: corrosion-resistant hardware, quality rollers, proper weatherstripping, and — where required or wanted — impact-rated glass. We help you pick a door that will last in salt air, not just the cheapest unit.

Installation done right

1. Accurate measurement of the opening
2. Order the correct door and glass to spec
3. Remove the old door and prep the opening
4. Set the new door level, square, and properly sealed
5. Adjust rollers and lock, and confirm smooth operation

Cost & timing

Doors are made to order, so installation involves a lead time. Cost depends on size, panel count, and glass type (impact glass costs more). You get a clear quote before anything is ordered.
